Just following on from the article on this site (http://ultra.travel/holidays/city-break/luxury-new-zealand-style/) I'd like to give an unqualified recommendation for The Boatshed. Jonathan, the owner, is a great host and cordon bleu cook, and the rooms are delightful. Incidentally, the best way of arriving is to charter a helicopter from Auckland airport to Waiheke Island -- the only way to arrive in style! BC |
