Hi Majestic, Thanks for your question - This is a really simple process. To add a reveiw, you need to search for the hotel/destination either by using the search box at the top of the home page or by using the destinations advanced search - http://ultra.travel/destinations/countryselector/map If the hotel/destination you are searching for isn't listed, there is a box at the bottom right of the screen where you can notify me of the missing information or When you find the hotel you are searching for, at the bottom of the page there is a reviews section - Click 'add review'.
