I travelled to Tenerife in November and stayed at the ABAMA Golf & Spa Resort
The location of ABAMA is perfect as it is a resort in itself. It is tucked away in a quiet location on the south West of Tenerife but has everything you could want from a resort – A good kids club, Spa, Golf, Beach, and a great choice of restaurants – I had one of the most amazing steaks at their Agentinian Restaurant – Pamper Verona.
The new Tagor Villa’s at ABAMA are great, there are basically four rows of rooms and suites called Villa’s ABAMA, each row of Villas have their own pool- they have also turned one of the rows into an adults only accommodation. They offer a personalised check in service, complimentary soft drinks, beer & a selection of snacks 5 times a day around the pool, personal villa attendant & access to the ‘Montana Roja’ at Tenerife airport on departure.
You must go on one of the Whale watching cruises to see the Pilot Whales which was fantastic & we were also lucky to see some dolphins – Truly magical!
I would definitely recommend the hotel – Great for families & couples alike.
